Durante Denim Première Vision a Londra abbiamo avuto il piacere di presentare il seminario DRES/SET dedicato agli outfits di tendenza per la stagione SS21.

During Denim Première Vision in London we had the opportunity to present the seminar DRES/SET and talk about outfits and trends of SS21.

Gli artisti Fabio Baggio Bajo e Franco B Spada hanno fuso la loro arte per creare pezzi unici dipingendo jeans Levi's provenienti dal nostro archivio vintage.
Il risultato di questa performance, è stato presentato al DenimsandJeans India 2018,
durante la nostra conferenza "Experimenting - New ways for imaginative creations".

The artists Fabio Baggio Bajo and Franco B Spada combine their art together to create painted rare examples of vintage Levi's jeans from our archive.
The result of this performance was presented at DenimsandJeans India 2018,
during our conference "Experimenting - New ways for imaginative creations".

Marcello Ghilardi: Philosophy of Japanese Intercultural and Aesthetics

Marcello Ghilardi at Meidea Atelier to talk about "Philosophy of Japanese Interculturality and Aesthetics".

A night to examine this fascinating culture, starting from a photo review of our several travels in Land of the Rising Sun. Ghilardi contextualized the Japanese easthetic throught the centuries, from the great artworks of Hokusai and Hakuin to the Shodō, the art of calligraphy, from the modern Manga and Anime culture to the great masters animation Osamu Tezuka and Hayao Miyazaki.
The conference finished with an overview of Japanese directors: Yasujiro Ozu, Shohei Imamura e Akira Kurosawa.

Slow+Fashion+Design: meeeting at Meidea Atelier

Last 27th of October we had the pleasure to host an engaging meeting held by our designer Lucia Rosin with Alessandro Crosato for "Slow+Fashion+Design", Francesco Chiavacci Lago for "Associazione Amici di Giorgio Lago” and Luke Martini for "Rdress" and "Ago&Filo." Different realities sharing the same high values: ethic, sustainability and beauty.

The event has been welcomed across the north-est Italy with more than 60 guests among which journalists of various Italian magazines.

The conference has evolved through speeches on sustainability of high level of competences, promoting the respect of our territory and the slow philosophy applied to all kind of fields, from our daily life to the industrial processes.
